Strong & Steady Program – Balance & Independence Occupational Therapy | Habit Project
The Strong & Steady Program from Habit Project is a specialized outpatient occupational therapy program designed to help seniors reduce fall risk, improve balance and walking confidence, and stay independent at home and in the community. Are struggling with everyday activities like bathing, dressing, or getting in and out of chairs
Are afraid of falling and worried about losing independence
